He also performs service and maintenance of GSA classified security containers, creates master key systems, and does emergency opening and repairing of safes, vaults, automobiles, and doors. A former resident of Bellevue, Washington, Jeffrey Allard has owned and operated Stronghold Safe Work since 2015. From 2016 to 2017, he was also a locksmith with CFMO, Washington State Military Department in Camp Murray, Washington. He provided general locksmith services for all locations under the Washington State Military Department. He further generated and maintained master key solutions on over 200 buildings across the state. Previously, Jeffrey Allard was a locksmith with Watson Security. He built and pinned high security locking systems from Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, and Assa products as well as interchangeable core systems from Schlage, Corbin, Best, and Sargent systems.
A committed professional, Jeffrey Allard is a certified GSA inspector/technician. In addition, he is certified in KABA MAS X-10, LKM 10K, and Sargent and Greenleaf 2740B and 2890B. Previously a member of the U.S. Army, Jeffrey Allard completed training in basic alarm and theory application at the Fox Valley Technical College Homeland Security Center. He also has training in advanced improvised explosive devices and technical transportation of hazardous materials. He is a member of the Safe and Vault Technicians Association.
